A La Carte Services give you direct, hands-on support from a Numerator Research Expert whenever you need it.

Depending on your contract type, you can pay for these services in different ways:

  • Credit-model clients: Use Credits

On average, these services add 1–3 business days, though the exact timing depends on the service requested and your project’s needs. How to Request Support

You can request A La Carte services in two ways:

  • Through the platform: Submit a Verified Voices Advisory Support ticket, and our team will connect you with the right expert.

    • Note: If you’re only requesting custom data tables, you don’t need to submit a ticket. Just send us a chat or an email, and we’ll take it from there.

  • Through your Research Consultant: If you already work with a dedicated consultant, reach out to them directly.

To submit a ticket, click on the blue chat button in the bottom right corner of the platform. Then, select "Create a Ticket" for Verified Voices Advisory Support.

  • Who provides the support?

    Support depends on your setup and timeline:

    • For quick turnaround needs, your consultant may connect you with a Researcher on Demand to ensure your request is handled quickly.

    • If your organization does not have a dedicated consultant, you'll want to book time with a Researcher on Demand for your a la carte menu needs.

    • If your project deadline is further out and you have a dedicated Research Consultant, you may want to schedule time with them directly.

  • How does payment work?
    Our Research team will handle all payment tracking for you. The appropriate number of Completes, Hours, or Credits will be deducted, based on your contract and the most cost-effective option. For specific account questions, please reach out to your Numerator contact.

  • When is payment taken?
    Payment is deducted once services are completed.
